HONG KONG SAR-LINKED AFFAIRS

Australian-passport holders can stay in Hong Kong SAR (hereafter referred to as HKSAR) without visa for up to 3 month if their sole purpose is business or tourism. For other countries or districts, please see attached Form 1 and 2; or log on HKSAR Immigration Website to check.

Chinese-passport holders and Chinese Taiwan compatriots who are

going to HKSAR please see our Chinese Version;

Chinese citizen who is holding a permanent HKSAR ID card and has the right of abode in the HKSAR is eligible to apply for a HKSAR passport. You can make inquires, obtain application forms and submit your application in the Consulate, or, you may contact HKSAR Immigration directly.

Person who applies for HKSAR employment visa, study visa or Working Holiday Visa, please come to the Consulate to obtain application forms and submit application, or, please contact HKSAR Immigration directly.
